Kim Hallmark began her real estate career after graduating from the University of Alabama and obtaining her license in 1985. Since transitioning full-time into real estate in 1994, she has built a successful career in Decatur, AL. Kim has twice served as President of the Morgan County Association of REALTORS® (2007, 2020) and was honored as the 2009 REALTOR® of the Year. She was also Chair of ARPAC Trustees in 2018/2019.

Her accolades include the 2018 Alabama REALTORS® for Children Award and the 2021 Alabama REALTOR® of the Year. In addition to her professional success, Kim is deeply involved in her community through Westminster Presbyterian and organizations like PACT, Mosaic Mentoring, and the Carnegie Visual Arts Center.
